  • Unlike local groups, online community is potentially available 24/7 depending on where in the word members are located.

  • Technical issues are not a big problem in the western world. Our connections are excellent and IT has advanced so much in recent years that no one in this hemisphere should face insurmountable obstacles. Frequently a smart phone is all you need, even just a cheap one.

However, video feedback of your performances to get feedback and further personalised coaching go a long way to mitigating this issue, especially for fitness and strength training where you mostly practice alone anyway.
